Large Portabello mushroom caps
Large beef steak tomatoes
1 cup balsamic vinegar (any type)
Goat cheese, at the market its Cayerkopaillotd chever 4 inch round
Musklind Lettuce

Method:

Spray mushroom caps with Pam, broil or grill for 10 minutes, place layers of tomatoes and cheese with mushroom cap on top, surround by lettuce. Cook balsamic vinegar until thickened, pour over layers.
