Cooking Classes:

11am –noon: Every Saturday we host a free cooking class inside in the market kitchen, upstairs on the mezzanine. These classes provide an engaging environment to learn all about what’s in season and how to create an easy meal using seasonal ingredients! This week please join Chef Carmen Barquero for vegetarian spinach “burgers” with a green pea and coriander spread and classic strawberry shortcakes on homemade biscuits.

Get Carmen’s recipes here!
