Cooking Classes:

11am –noon: Every Saturday we host a free cooking class inside in the market kitchen, upstairs on the mezzanine. These classes provide an engaging environment to learn all about what’s in season and how to create a seasonal dish! This week please join Chef Cindy Bircham for a seasonal galette ( a free-form sweet or savoury tart)!
Get Cindy’s recipe here!

Chef Profile:

Chef Cindy Birchman graduated from the Stratford Chefs school in 2002 and is now an advocate for local foods in the community. Cindy plants her own gardens, raises her own hens, bakes using a wood fired oven and is currently in the process of opening a full-service wood-fired pizzeria.
